The Intercontinental Dublin provides a luxurious experience, with guests frequently highlighting the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location in Ballsbridge offers both a peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to attractions, including a pleasant walk to the Rugby Stadium and easy connections to coastal towns via the nearby DART station. Guests appreciate amenities such as the on-site parking and the well-equipped gym with three treadmills and free weights, though some have found the in-room coffee machine's brew to be weaker than preferred. The breakfast buffet, featuring smoked salmon, is also a recurring highlight.

helpful reservation departmentreally good check-infabulous junior suite
The reservation department was very helpful. Fiona was really good at check in. she even booked a taxi for us on her mobile since taxis were busy because of the local rugby match. The room was fabulous. I got upgraded to a junior suite for my anniversary, and it was perfect.
The bar service seemed understaffed. This could be solved with better training.
