non-functional air conditioning unresolved issue

The staff provided excellent service! The breakfast was also lovely.

I was very disappointed. The air conditioning did not work. It was quite warm in my room. I reported this to the front desk, but nothing changed .

helpful staff quality hotel small bed limited menu

the staff was helpful and nothing was too much trouble from reception to the bar and restaurant i appreciated this. the room was beautiful quiet and comfortable it was a quality hotel.

the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable it was supposed to fit two guests. the food menu did not have a big range of food and what we ordered was not very nice

The room felt a bit neglected. the phone only worked sporadically. when i needed assistance, the 'instant service' was not instant at all. the wait staff in the lounge were nice though. The evening meal was okay.

the breakfast buffet had smoked salmon. the gym featured several cardio machines, specifically three treadmills. there was also a selection of free weights available.

the in-room coffee machine produced a weaker brew than i prefer!

i have stayed here for several months. every staff member provided excellent service. sufi, the head of the bar, gives particular attention. the location provides close proximity to main attractions. the hotel offerred a superb experience.

helpful reservation department really good check-in fabulous junior suite

The reservation department was very helpful. Fiona was really good at check in. she even booked a taxi for us on her mobile since taxis were busy because of the local rugby match. The room was fabulous. I got upgraded to a junior suite for my anniversary, and it was perfect.

The bar service seemed understaffed. This could be solved with better training.
